As you may have already heard, NBN will introduce two new services called Save Our Showtime (SOS) and Robust Overhead Channel (ROC). These new functions are designed to improve the stability of connection and help prevent dropouts and over congestion.

We recommend that you give yourself plenty of time before the upgrade kicks in, to back up, secure, or update your websites and minimize any potential downtime that may come with having no connection to your websites or accounts.
